SMArt Patch

Smart Patch is a first aid instrument used in case of sprains or dislocations procured from accidents and falls. Its function is to cool the affected area and then splint the limb temporarily, by exploiting the shape memory feature of the metal inserted inside roll units.

To activate Smart Patch, the user must flex it before application; therefore the units become cold enough to reduce the swelling. While warming, the patch recovers his original shape, straightening and splinting the limb.
